By drawing on how large retailers operate their omnichannel offering, he will explain how the type of functionality and features found in larger chains, can now be easily adopted and used by independents and smaller retailers.


James Rodger founded retail tech specialists Retail IT in 2001. Over the past 15 years he has been an integral part of the company's success - establishing Retail IT's strategy, identifying new markets, developing new products and services, and working closely with clients. Empowering small and growing retailers to compete with larger, established chains is one of his business passions. “Looking at how the likes of John Lewis operate their Omnichannel offering is motivating for me – it is exactly the type of functionality that I want to bring to our customers.
