An experienced trade mark practitioner, Tracy manages one of Barker Brettell’s largest teams of trade mark attorneys. Tracy oversees the trade mark portfolios of several large national and multinational clients, alongside smaller national and local businesses and services providers, using a wealth of experience to advise clients on all aspects of portfolio management; working proactively to help clients achieve their business objectives. She has considerable experience working with retailers, suppliers and big-name brands and has acted for many clients in the areas of furniture, furnishings, fashion, consumer goods, food and drink, commercial products, processing and packaging to name a few.
